**Resort Policy** **A. GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS**

1. Smoking is strictly prohibited in rooms, cottages, and public dining areas. Guests are permitted to smoke only in designated smoking areas.

 

2. All guests must adhere to safety precautions and warning signs issued by management while on the resort premises.

 

3. Food and beverages are not allowed to be brought into the resort without prior arrangements and payment of corkage fees. Additionally, food and beverages prepared by the resort cannot be removed from the premises without prior notification to management. The resort shall not be held liable for any, damages, or loss arising from the consumption of outside food and beverages or resort-provided items taken off-site without prior arrangement.

 

4. Appropriate swimwear is required in the swimming pool area.
